You do need to cancel with Sky to get good discounts, but only cancel the tv part, if you wish to stay, then haggle the phone and broadband price. Otherwise ,cancel tv and ask another provider to take over phone and broadband or you will have a break in service and lose your number.0 -

...sounds like they are proposing to pretend that "you/they" are a new customer at your address -could be a scam if they want you to transfer money to an account they control !!!:eek:
