Yes package was damaged, couldn't get it replaced as no one else had a replacement. But forged a signature I carnt believe they can get away with it..
1. They didn't get away with it. They're no longer working there, remember?
2. Are you sure the delivery person signed for it and not your child?
3. It wasn't a forgery - they may have signed your name, but I doubt they made any attempt to make it look like your actual signature.0 -

Yes the package was damaged but was the item inside the box ?
Have you spoken to the retailer about (not the forged signature) the damage ?0
