totally agree with the last reply ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Also I'm stuck on making my First Defence. Not sure what defence could be I just don't want to pay this massive 'invoice'. Could someone help me if they have made a first defence please. What did they put in theres.
that is why I said do the research, because post #1 of the NEWBIES sticky thread links you to 2 skeleton defences to start from, one by bargepole and the other in the prankster court guide, you must have missed both of those obvious to all starter defences even though I mentioned them in post #7 above, plus you have not used the forum search box with suitable search words, because we see these sorts of posts every week on here, posts which have what you seek because you are not the only one facing a court case0 -
Have you got real genuine stamped court papers or a letter or did you ignore a court summons and now have a ccj ?I do Contracts, all day every day.0

We need to know if the letters you received are from a small claims court, MCOL, or from a solicitor acting as a debt recovery agent.
I think genuine court papers will have a court stamp and case number but if there is no stamp, or no case number, they are not real court papers but real ones may follow.
Can you scan, redact and post the letters you received here?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
You may have a false instrument as in draft court papers which is a criminal offence under the fraud act to use.
Your court papers will say they are from the county court, be stand alone documents and have a court stamp on them.
Despite using a dlase instrument carrying a 5 year jail term the police let parking firms knowingly break the law again and again and again and again.
In fact they have ignore hundreds of deliberate and intention acts of fraud from this firm thats should have seen the directors eating porridge for nearly 20 years by now.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
phone the court on monday and check if they are real and see what they say
no point trying to sort it out at a weekend when they are closed0 -

That's real enough. You need to follow the instructions on the letter and ensure, as a priority, you acknowledge service of the claim, this will provide a further 14 days over and above the standard 14 days to file your outline defence. Do not fail to acknowledge service, otherwise you lose automatically and a CCJ will be awarded against you by default.
You should scratch out the County Court claim number from the photo you've uploaded as it identifies you to the PPC.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
