Hi! Yes I know this person well for she goes to the walking club where we are close and I am a volunteer on some of the events in our small town. Everybody know everybody. And just like I said she's very popular keyboard warrior on facebook that moans about everything. I have the CCTV now and it shows that the owner knew that the bin has been collected and left the house 5 mins after it was emptied. I have taken considerations the witnesses (parents that were parked outside the school) and the CCTV and so the advice from this thread and will take appropriate action that is suitable for this matter. Thanks again for all the advice :money:
I highly doubt you have been able to obtain CCTV footage in such a short amount of time, you have to put a request in writing to your local authority, they then have to view and prepare the footage before providing you with a copy ..All this isn't done in days.
All the it would show anyway is a homeowner not putting a bin away immediately after it was emptied, that doesn't make them negligent.0 -

There is a bigger issue with this. The OP is only entitled to access to HIS personal data. He is asking for personal data relating to the homeowner - what they did or did not do with their wheeliebin.
If the school/LEA release somebody else's personal data to the OP, they could have to answer for it.
The OP could also find THEY have to answer awkward questions in court.
Not to mention that they will pay court fees which they will not get back if, as seems almost certain, they will lose.
No the OP is no longer a newbie, I suppose I can say he is being rather foolish.0
