  • TRU I'm so sorry to hear you've lost Penny Chick. DS rang earlier to tell me they have lost one of their twin guinea pigs. They just found him "gone" in the big cage, without any warning signs. His twin is now wandering around looking lost and they don't know whether to get another or ask around if anyone needs a friend for a lonely piggy.

Gosh ELONA it's all happening pretty quickly for you now. The bungalow sounds ideal for you and will be much easier to follow. I'd love a bungalow but can't face thoughts of packing up and moving. Everything seems too much like hard work just now. Plus the houses up here are just not moving. My friend has had hers up for sale for almost 12 months and just had the first viewer today! Not a thing needs doing in it and she has lovely views all up the Aire Valley. xx

  • Good evening everyone,

I'm afraid I've not been keeping up this week but have been reading to catch up.

tru, sorry to hear about Penny chick, she had a good life with you and I hope you feel more settled.

Congratulations Lainey on your new job and to sistercas on your new job as well.

elona, wow! good luck with the move, at least you have all your family to help you and I hope all goes smoothly.

hugs and get well wishes to anybody who wants or needs them. Mrs TA sorry to hear you are feeling under par again.

dumpling congratulations on your outings this week, it must give you such a boost in your confidence.

Well its been a dull grey day here today, but is now very windy and pouring with rain. DS is working at the pub until finish, DD has gone to her little job, but will probably want picking up soon, I think I'll send DH out:rotfl:

I have all the washing drying indoors at the moment. I went shopping at ald* when I dropped DS at work.

As it was only DH and I for dinner, I pulled some HM turkey soup out of the freezer, which was really tasty. Just spending my evening surfing the interweb and entering lots of competitions. I had a couple of small wins this week, so am hoping it will continue.

Stay warm and dry, have a good evening all x.
