  • Nannytone, like everyone here, I'm absolutely delighted for you :)

Last year I took my wife to the breeding centre at Leamington Spa. What can I say - a wonderful charity and the dogs were beautiful :)

Wishing both you and Jazzy, many happy days together.

Such great news! I wish the both of you a very happy & long life together.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
  • I just wanted to say I love my guide dog. He's called Seamus and I've had him for ten months. As well as having him with me when I go out to help me get along, he's a great pal and play mate. He's so affectionate and loves cuddles. He also loves my wife and she loves him equally. He's part of the family and I cannot imagine life without him.

    Your magic word is 'love'.

My brother-in-law was given a lovely little black lab, but didn't love her and when discussing end of working life, he said he wouldn't mind swapping her as she was 'just a tool'.

I'm pleased to say that she pulled him over a wall and had to go back for retraining, after which she would be allocated to someone who, hopefully, would appreciate her.

He isn't an animal lover and had nothing but contempt for the family dog, back in the days when he had his sight.
