Got some bulsh*t about missing a payment bewteen 17th Dec and 17th Jan, which seems to suggest they are now applying the current T*C's to the last offer.
Also about not transferring 2 DD across from the old account-which was true but the Nov offer did not stipulate this (IIRC).

Neither of those terms was in the November offer

Has anyone got the original T*C's for the Nov 2015 deadline offer as the T*C's for the current offer are substanitally different.

Yeh I got sent the November T&Cs in an email when I opened the account. They gave me the same sh&t about missing the 2nd payment as it was over 31 days and I stated that my terms only say once a month, not specific days and she just wouldn't accept that. Also said their paperwork only shows 1 DD that switched over even though I've 3, so somehow 2 DD have switched with no trace of them whatsoever. They offered me £50 as "goodwill" and im taking that and switching to Yorkshire to get my £150.
Their new T&Cs do state 31days now so they're clearly rejecting people based on this instead of the old T&Cs that people signed up to.

I got mine, switched from tsb with two credit card direct debits. they just put it in your account but if you haven't got it. That's terrible sorry about that

I have done plenty of switches in my time but this one went wrong as apparently I didn't have two active DD's as part of the switch. I was gutted until I read the T&Cs for the most recent incentive. It is quite clear in the first paragraph that you can be an existing YB/Clydesbank Customer, and as I haven't benefited from this offer before, I am hoping that two months time I will get the incentive. This time I have made sure that the switch underway, to the same account, has four DD's!
