    Disney’s Sequoia Lodge, Coupvray

Taking its cue from America’s national parks, this wood-and-stone edifice also overlooks Lake Disney and is surrounded by gardens and greenery. The interior is just as impressive, notably around the inviting Redwood Bar, where the flagstone floor and open fireplace provide an atmosphere of rugged gentility. It is big, though, with 1,011 rooms split between the huge main building and five lodges around it. The large freeform pool also has an indoor/outdoor aspect, and the two restaurants provide a wide variety of family-friendly options. Its outdoor terrace is a gorgeous place to sit with a drink of a summer evening.

    We will rough it:D:j:j:j

    :j:j:j I've stayed there.

Reminded me a bit of The Overlook Hotel in a certain film with all the extremely long corridors :D:D:D
They have a pool too & it's easy to walk around the lake & through Disney Village to get to the park :)

:) The railway station is at the entrance to Disney - Marne La Vallee -

If you go in the left side & catch local (double decker) train to next stop - Val D'Europe (5 minutes away) there is a huge shopping mall there. Auchan hypermarket - we buy crisps, pop, salami, beer, fruit etc to take back to room as eating in at Disney is very very expensive
There is a reasonably priced food court there as well & a Designer Outlet village ;)
