    Very strange

I've been looking round at sheets to fit the new mattress that will be arriving the week after next (can't wait for a decent night's sleep!)

Anyway, went to a large next in a last ditch attempt to get some that I could actually feel before I bought them and were a good price. Quite funny, the mattresses they sell are deeper than the one we have bought, but their deep sheets are 28cm, they wouldn't even get down the whole of the side, let alone tuck under the mattress :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I pointed this out to a SA there and she said she has been trying to convince them to sell extra deep ones for a couple of years and asked me to email them and ladle it on a bit, which I have done, and I informed them that I was very disappointed to have to go elsewhere.

As an aside, I do not normally buy from Next (unless there are vouchers around :) and I have just ordered some from Ebay :D

Does anyone know where the live chat on sky is please. Dawn s got her s down to £35 per month with much more than I have and I'm paying £50.40 just for broadband , line rental and the basic package

I have line rental at a reduced rate, unlimited broadband and the family package ( with the boxed sets etc) I don't have a calls package - only use the phone for incoming calls
I am paying £38 I think and just pay extra for any calls

Last time at renewal of contract I had to ring 3 times in the weeks beforehand before I got someone to listen to me.

I've only been paying £10 a month line rental because each time I complain that I can't pay annually as I used to so they pacify me with a lower line rental which works out the same as I used to pay.

No not heard of this but if a company has online chat there is no harm in asking them I suppose

I do though put items into online baskets and then click off and wait a few days to see if the company send me a discount code.

I tried this a few nights so with hotels.com but it didn't work so I had to finish the transaction :(

In Amazon I've started a very big collection of saved items because when there is a discount code my mind goes bank and I gave no idea what to get :)

Well thanks all who replied I found it in the end and it's going down from £50.40 per month to £35.25 per month the only difference being no phone calls free well they weren t free as it was £4 I discovered . It's for 10 months for some reason but he said I could phone up then and negotiate then .10 months is £150 less so I'm happy :)
