Hi Kittenkirst - your finances look in good shape and you have a great opportunity to save during this period before you move into your house. Have you worked out how much money you will need for when you move in and how many months you have to save it in ?
I am going with DS tomorrow to choose the options for his house - think he is going to get an upgrade on the kitchen, tiles and carpets and have an extra shower fitted over the bath and a burglar alarm.0 -

Hi all, not much going on here, a few more pennies swept into savings.
Payday was the 15th so swept £800 over to savings, the Regular saver due on the 1st, that's another £300 into the savings pot
I'm also trying to squirrel away an additional £40 a month to save to go to Download Fest next year (took a year off this year due to house buying!)
It's a close friends 40th and we've decided to camper van it up and do it in more style :-)
