Car boot sale all done- all boxes bar three have gone wahooo and made £50 (after table charge-£7, and a few small spends each) which will go in the joint account fund to cover some future kitten expenses.
Two boxes of books and DVDs will shortly be scanned to see if Zifit or music magpie etc will take them, and we bought a few things home that we decided we will use (another square lasagne dish for cooking as we use the one we have loads already and be good to have two if making lasagne and potatoes etc) a brownie pan and some placemats we forgot were in the boxes.
The small bits we had leftover we didn't want to bring home so gave to the chap set up next to us who is donating to our local air ambulance anything unsold tomorrow.
Kittens appear to have behaved all morning so we've all had lots of playtime and now they are dozing away on their pillows. We had success this afternoon with them both properly using the litter boxes(we have had three little accidents so far which isn't too bad I don't think).
Off to zap those books/dvds!First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!0 -

They're so cute! Thanks for posting the photos, I love kitties
You're a good photographer, the second photo of them together looks professional! That would make a cute canvass. Well done on the litter box success too. Hopefully they will get the hang of it soon and there won't be many accidents.
Well done on the boot sale success. What kind of things sold well? I'm hoping to do a car boot sale soon and I have been collecting things to take there but I haven't done one before so I'm curious as to what are good things to take.Mortgage: Mar 2018 -£300,000 / Jul 2021 -£255,000 / Oct 2024 -£172,835 (1.27% Interest until Feb 2027)

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0 -

I've done quite a few car boots now and it's the surprising things that sold- lots of old makeup sold yesterday at 15p a piece- a lady cleared me out of £3 at the end too! The old mobiles we had on the table got a lot of interest and saucepans/graters/utensils all sold well.
Books didn't sell well unless a set, and CDs weren't going either!
The eBay sales fund (after an estimate for fees) has been OP'd as well as a pinecone £3 so £38 op'd today as additional income, oh and a tilly tidy of 33p...not too bad a day!First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).

I totally think the car boot will be busy next weekend as long as the weathers good! The one we went to was turning people away as it was too busy! Meant good sales though, I was hoping for £35 after the table cost and spends so was pretty chuffed with the amount made
Waiting for the label to be posted by ziffit to drop that stuff off to the collection point-£17.50 of stuffsthen that can also be OP'd. I hAve another box hat ziffit wouldn't take but music magpie will do however it's a bit short of the minimum so will check what is in boxes at gfs parents to see if can make it to £5 and get more clutter gone!
Need to rummage around for the eBay stuffs too but my big bro is visiting for Easter weekend (fingers crossed!) so will load it all the week after!
Working from home today so soup out of the freezer- leek & spud- and lots of coffees with no spends. We are however pipping into town after work to get a small present for gf's nephews to post off and will buy another litter tray as need another really, so there will be spends but hopefully minimal
Payday on Thursday- cannot wait!!First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).

Today I was out with some of our field crew at work so a long but interesting day. They stopped at KFC for lunch which I should be ok to claim back.friend came over for dinner but as she's staying over with work she treated the dinner with her dinner allowance
Two takeouts in one day is extremely naughty!!
Money from carboot paid in and needs transferring over to our joint account tomorrow, and it's payday tomorrow so the yearly bonus should also be paid. I need to work out where to stash it so that I don't just fritter it away from my current account...the LISAs accounts don't appear ready until June so need another plan now...First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).

Payday today finally
Bills money has been put into the right account, and the car boot sale money has just been OP'd making April a nice £101.38 so far
Need to look at savings today as cash LISAs are not yet open, I may stash some money in a regular saver then some into a standard Savings account.
I also want to find out about savings bonds and see if worthwhile putting a small amount into there and stashing it away (I struggle with easy access funds with not spending them!)First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
