  • You did well not falling asleep properly, there's no way I would be able to watch a film that late!!

Very exciting that you will be picking details soon for your new place :j

Enjoy brunch & family plans. We are off to SILs tomorrow for lunch which I suspect will be a noisy affair with her 3 young ones :)
  • Hi just had a thought do you use my supermarket website it will help you make the most of your shopping vouchers as sain can be quite expensive with certain things. Good luck with the move LGP :)

  • Well done for staying awake - I was nearly falling asleep by 10pm at a retirement do the other night so there's no way I could have managed it. Do you have M33rkat Movies? If you don't Martin has a post somewhere on here for how to get it for just over £2.00. Well worth it if you go to the cinema more than once a year. :D

  • Eventful week this week: had a wonderful weekend away with the girlfriend in Rome; slightly disgruntled on Sunday night by a 3 hr flight delay and then the plane landing at the wrong airport. The airline put on a coach to the right airport however this then meant our taxi home from airport was double what we intended!

Hi Kittenkirst, just checking out your diary! Good luck with the new house and well done on getting on the MFW game so early. Just wanted to add hope you have checked out the possibility of flight delay compensation! Could be a couple of hundred quid each if it was the airline's fault, would make a nice OP :D

  • Well done on your run. What stretches do you find work best? I ended up with a few injuries before doing a 10k and have just started to run again after a year long break, so want to make sure that i'm as flexible as possible iyswim.

I had a bad accident when I was 15 and got lower back damage so a
Physio went through lots with me, however I regularly forget so have googled back stretches (& calf as I tore that a few years back!).

I do one similar to this most evenings when I'm not being lazy :D

And this relieves the general aches and pains a lot! My old PT always used to reiterate stretching is key after a workout and for general wellbeing!

Well done on your 10km, I love that distance as it's challenging but not as crazy as a half marathon (which I didn't enjoy)
