Three eBay items ended last night: 1 has been re-listed, gfs Hoodie sold for £5.50 plus postage and the Fortnum & Mason empty wicker hamper sold for £29. It was definitely worth keeping that to list closer to Christmas.

Will be packaging the hoodie and hamper this morning and getting to post office/ Hermes drop off (whichever is cheapest!)

The hamper will be OP’d, Hoodie money going to gf for her credit card.

Got loads of errands done last night- took a light shade back to next that was missing the fittings (bought end of August!!) the replacement is arriving Tuesday, bought a tv for spare room (gf used the cross trainer in there daily & we used vouchers!) and bought the mugs for brother & his gfs Christmas Eve boxes.

Have been experiencing stomach issues for the past two weeks so have cancelled yoga this morning as feeling nauseous. We’re going to crack on with a deep clean of the house before DIY friend comes at 4pm to fit the tv, put up the canvas, finally install our security cameras etc :)

Then tonight/tomorrow the tree can go up and bring some christmassy cheer to the house.

46p TT made this morning, making it £58.79 so far for December!

£3 requested from PineCone this morning and up to £17 on prolific now :D trying to maximize prolific until Wednesday and then will withdraw so can OP it this year hopefully.

The £50 YouGov funds may take 30 days to clear- I’m hoping it’s closer to ten days to enable the OP this year but will have to have a nice start in Jan if not.

Will OP the eBay cash tonight once I know how much postage it was so a nice £29 ish should go later today.

Really trying to ensure we smash our year end stretch targets for our OP’s.
I’ve signed us up to the 2018 overpayment thread with a target of £3k which is an increase of £500 on this years which given that we’ve now not got much junk stuff to eBay/Gumtree/Carnot will be thatbit harder. Plus we have the holiday to Australia to pay for too :D
    First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!

I finally managed to share my Etsy store today after getting 22 items all photo’d & listed.

I’ve ran a little giveaway to run until Friday to get some interest generated and it’s resulted in my first Etsy sale! Hurrah, another £15 will be added to my hallmarking savings!

Feeling very happy about this and dancing around he room this evening :heartpuls

All good ...and you have inspired me to list on ebay again. I was thinking no point but duly inspired :)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

We Have snow! :D we’ve been out in the garden with the Kittens who are finding it strange- Oscar is trying to hunt all the snow but is then attacking poor Hugo if he dares venture into the garden! They are both now exhausted and having a nap.

I’ve forgone my yoga session this morning as don’t want to drive unless necessary :) so we are roasting a chicken (trying to do masala roast chicken).

£30.66 overpaid last night- gf was happy for the hoodie money to be transferred as an OP so it went with the hamper funds :D

We made the decision to pop some funds onto different types of bitcoins early last week and have been watching the value increase and decrease. We’ve only put in a small amount that we could afford to lose but thought why not. It’s up £90 after fees so far so have taken a small amount of the initial deposit out (25%). We’ll monitor it closely with the aim of slowly withdrawing the initial deposit if we can, whilst accumulating a small profit. :)

Now off to have some brekkie and coffee :)

So a quiet two days so far this week- had another Etsy order last night and someone contact for a commission of a bracelet too so that’s going well.

Went to yoga today and took a friend- will get a £5 discount off my membership next month thanks to that, although I’m not sure if she liked it or not.

Kittens are being absolute monkeys at the moment- think they are frustrated that they can’t go out for too Long due to the cold- we still have a lot of snow around here.

Got some jewellery to post off this afternoon so will walk to the post office shortly and get some fresh air.

£3 received on PineCone and overpaid yesterday:

Checking prolific regularly and looking out for the YouGov money but no sign so far.

Time for a cuppa to warm up :heartpuls

Well, funds went in at the start of the month and by yesterday had almost doubled. So we have taken our initial stake money out so now we are just playing with the bonus money so to speak.

We’ve put it into Ethiriem and litecoin which are performing well but looking pretty up and down, we’re going to just play it by ear a little with the ‘bonus money’.

Got impatient yesterday so requested a withdrawal from prolific- was at £16.11 so after the withdrawal fees, £15 should be on its way to go as a 2017 OP :)

No sign of the Yougov money, but we have had a confirmation email from first utility of a refund of £192 following our recent switch to EDF. Hurrah! Should help with the planned Christmas food shops and general spends :)

Payday on Friday- wahooooo then it’s my birthday on Saturday: looking forward to a day with the gf- planning to go to this lovely home style veggie cafe in Leicester (The Good Earth)- it has a wonderful hippie vibe and is very quaint inside and the food is just superb!

    We did it!!!!!!!!

Payday today so the standard overpayment date- sent £119.80 today to the Mortgage which rounds our standard payment to £1k. This means that we have smashed our stretch goal for 2017 overpayments as have hit £2508.28

    Hurrrrrah!! :j :j :j :j :j :j

Awaiting the funds clearing from Prolific and from Yougov still too so I’m so pleased we have smashed this years target :)

Set up another current account today to use for matched betting- as soon as I receive the card I will have my first go on profit accumulator :) Going to finally take the plunge and have a go!

Small sale of some rainbow earrings on Etsy yesterday so have had three orders since I launched it on Saturday which I’m pleased with. Already created some valentines themed stock and got it listed so that I can promote it after Christmas (have to get in there early!!).

It’s my birthday tomorrow....I’ve guessed what the gf has got me for my birthday and am pretty pleased. We’ve agreed on only small presents for Christmas this year and put the money towards a date night in January and then the rest towards Oz 2017.
