I recycle boxes, jiffy bags and I have a large amount of the plastic bags but they are a bit small.

Sorry, I didn't run away, honest!

I knew I had "tidied away" 3 Pandora charms to sell before Christmas....they have now turn up and are already listed!!

Bit late for the Valentine shopper but maybe someone who is treating themselves will fancy them.

Ok, need to catch up to meet my 29 target (glad I didn't say 1 per day😂)
  • Yay I sold a few more bits and listed some diet food nonsense I bought but never used. I do think I'm going to be waaaay off my £100 goal due to having so many low value items, unless I list a lot of clothes which takes forever. I am still going to thrown myself into the challenge. I have a few games I might sell which will help boost things.

It's quite annoying books don't do well on eBay, I have a few to get rid of, I might look at webuybooks at the weekend as I've heard good things about it.

  • 2 more auctions ended yesterday, 2 bicycle tyres I removed from my bike when I bough tit 4 years ago. Sold for £6 for the pair.

Old manual from a model car, £4

....Postage. Ive been posting a tthe post office, but it's worked out quite expensive, though still within the P&P quoted in the auction.
I've since been pointed towards parcel2go

What a great website, a camping stove was going to cost £13 to send through the post office. Parcel2Go has cost me only £5.

    Keep ebaying.

Well done everyone! Also thanks to Lazer as I tried putting buy it nows on three items I listed on Sunday! Two have sold already for much more than I thought I would get :-)

I've been recording my fees and postage etc and so far am well over £60 in a few weeks with minimal effort!

Have to admit to a big mistake though and mixed up two parcels....I've had to arrange couriers to redeliver them to the right buyers so that's eaten into my profits. Just hope that the parcels get there in time so I don't have to refund too ;-s
    First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!
  • So I sold 2 of my 10 items for a total of £10 after fees and postage which has gone straight off my debt. I have reposted the other 8 bits and will put some more on tonight.

    2/10 sold

    Quick question please!

I have uncovered 5 pairs of shoes that I have barely worn -nothing too fancy, but smart for work probably. What is best...put on at 99p start auction or buy it now...and how would I price them?

    Ta much, T
  • Put another 7 items on tonight all to end on Sunday (our favourite day lol)

    17/29 listed
    2/17 sold

I also have decided that by the end of Feb if things haven't sold all 29 items can go to the charity shop to start a fresh in March.

    Hope everyone is listing well.
Thanks for the idea of packaging in plastic bags, it's worked quite well for couple of items.

3 sales yesterday, including a dvd boxset of the X files series 9 sold for £7 and a transformer toy from the 1980s for £44 !!!

Feb ebay listing days complete: 9 / 29
    Items listed: 28
    Items sold: 11
Total income after postage before fees: £161

Might be moving onto clothes next, but it doesn't look like they are selling that well.

100% of it going towards debt repayment. :T ... though this huge effort has had but a drop in the ocean effect on my £37k debt :/

    So I am at

    14/29 listed
Bids on 7 items but only amounting to £11 so far, hopefully that'll go up. Struggling to find stuff to list actually, I think we might be decluttered out. Will get hubby to help me look for some stuff at the weekend. I'll send him into his mancave and tell him he cant come out till he has something worth listing, actually he was talking of listing his welder before and even took pics, I'll check this is still good to go because that should go for a fair price.
