    DD's mattress in her room in halls this year was stained and saggy. I just went to the desk in the lobby and asked politely for a new one, explaining why. It arrived within 10 minutes - can't get better than that!

    Thrifty - I embarrassed my DS too on open day asking searching questions! :D
