So, mixed fortunes. Take off £2.57 as ebay buyer saying it hasn't arrived. I just refunded cause I don't want the hassle.

On the positive, I won 2200 points in Sainsbob's yesterday. Not sure ow much that works out as??

and about the ebook of the bay, my uncle sells software which he sends via email... and then posts them a invoice through the post so they are still receiving a physical item, if that's any help to you?

soooo need some advice from the experts.

my printer had a paper jam other day, I pulled paper out but must have knocked printer head as now it prints double so it is illegible. not helpful when I need it to print myhermes barcodes.

have tried googling how to fix it and not getting anywhere.

any experts, any ideas? cannot afford to get someone to look at it as still trying to sort out smartphone.

Oh Aesop, I'm stuck in printer hell too! I can't work out if I should pay someone to fix it or sell it as it is. Currently it's taking up space, not being used and I'm paying 15p per sheet I need printed at the library! Doesn't make any sense. Incidentally, how does one find a handy printer fixer?

So one ebay item has been paid for and £14.35 transferred to my bank account :D The other had no bids so have been relisted!

I'm really struggling to get my daily 10000 steps in this weekend. I'm staying at my parents house and either go everywhere by car or people come to the house to visit! I managed to sneak in a mini walk this morning before everyone was up, but I only just managed to scrape past the 7000 Bounts points threshold! Hope the weather dries up a bit so I can get walking further tomorrow....

Love everyone's Sunday night updates...keep 'em coming :)

If the postage you agree is different to what you set on the listing then you have to send an invoice before the person pays for the correct amount. Best offers do not include adjustments to postage.

    Yes we twigged that Lex.

Since it was a collection only, there WAS no postage cost, so we just agreed he would put in an offer to include the extra expense.

[edit] I hadn't thought of an adjusted invoice tho'
  • To clear about £32 for the "Computer thingy" which finished earlier.

    Basically I don't think you will !
They're so cheap that a repair would cost about the same as a new one - but mine isplaying up as well - printing horizontal smudges about every 2" - (monochrome laser) I'm pretty sure it's one of the rollers getting toner dumped on it and I'll have it to bits to see if I can find a rough line on the cartridge roller, or clean it - but it's brand new toner, so I think it may be a duff one. I've had it yonks and it was reworked, so if neccesary I'll buy another toner if I can't clean that one and see if that works :o
  • Had a gas bill £92.69, so I put in my actual reading and got "We weren't expecting that "

Anyway, when I get the new bill I will claim for the saving - for my wood chopping exploits.

    I think that's fair.
