    Well done everyone already!!

It never ceases to amaze me how well people do on this thread and how much encouragement it gives.

I'm a bit slow off the mark but I'm out of the starting block with £4.00 tips from yesterday.

Bit obsessed with the fitbit at the moment which hopefully will keep me focused on the fitness front. A side bonus is the bounts app which will hopefully go some way towards me reaching my target on this thread and if it doesn't...........well I will just be superfit :rotfl: (in my dreams!)

sorry hun, you asked a question last month about your fitbit, did you get it sorted?

Thanks Aesop. I am in bed. Trouble is I can't sleep because of the stupid cough

oh and vicks vapour rub on the soles of your feet will help the cough.

I remember reading that before. Weird but I think I have some so will give it a try

it really works and scientists don't know why! but some say it is because you are stimulating the nerves in the feet when massaging the vapour rub into the soles. so like reflexology. And reflexology would help to reduce the cough.

    Feel better soon x

No.......I am having problems getting the points for an activity on bounts. Silly me assumed you could get all points from the fitbit but after being in touch with their support (bounts) it seems they only credit for steps and not activities and suggested I download another activity app on phone to record activities.

Thats fine for walks as have mobile on me but what I specifically wanted it for was classes at the gym where I am hardly likely to strap my mobile to me.

So not really sorted on that one. Downloaded moves but dont think that will help as only tracks steps. I WILL find a way.:D:D

A quietish day at work yesterday but an eight hour shift gave me 8000 ish steps.

hmm wonder if you can link fitbit to mobile without keeping mobile strapped to you, ie you just carry it around so that it updates. or wear a bumbag with mobile in :rotfl:

let me ask on facebook, some users who use it better than me might know.

:rotfl: I did think of the bumbag idea as well but when it comes to floor exercises I am highly likely to sit on the blooming thing and break it apart from looking a nerd.

  • Whilst you're on premium, bounts should give you points for physically being present in a gym building!

I got mine for a little bit but neither of my gyms are registered with bounts so I can't get points without upgrading which I'm not going to do.
