Netflix on non smart tv

Yup, Chromecast for £30 and the Netflix app and Chromecast app on an Android moble phone and/or tablet gets my vote.

Also Amazon Fire TV Stick for £34.99 or look on ebay for the old Fire TV box (pre 4K ultra hd) which I have and it works perfectly with Netflix.

More expensive than other devices mentioned here, but I would not be without it. You can stream to anything else connected to the network and the output is true HD, if your TV is 1080p HD that is what you get. Netflix is not what it's all about though, check it out HERE on the WD site, it plays all kinds of files and Support is good: -

One caution: if you have a pathetic Broadband speed like mine (6.5 Mb Down, 0.55 Upload) it is better to connect via ethernet cable, rather than wireless.
