Trump says what a lot of Americans probably want even if their to scared to say though, the next President!0

Cameron has the same one as Ed Miliband, although Ed has also a higher degree in Economics. I didn't realise you were a fan of his.
....
What's Ed Miliband got to do with the price of fish? Haven't you noticed that he resigned as the Labour Party leader some months ago? Where have you been all this time? :rotfl:
The current Labour Party leader is a certain Mr Corbyn, who does not appear to have a degree in anything at all.0 -

Anyway back to Trump the dunce.
well, I don't think that a uni degree is of itself a qualification for political leadership on either side of the Atlantic.
Trump is very unlikely to become president just as Corbyn is very unlikely to become PM as they are both unpleasant people and idiots.
They would probably get on if they ever meet.
Lets agree about that shall we?0 -

Wikipedia has a useful 'List of Prime Ministers of the United Kingdom by education' so you can check which one's did not have a degree; Callaghan, Major, Churchill etc......Trump is very unlikely to become president just as Corbyn is very unlikely to become PM as they are both unpleasant people and idiots.

Poor old Cepheus has put his foot in it again. Knocking Trump for being a "school dropout" without realising that you can say similar of Corbyn the 'college dropout'.:)0 -

How about 12 years as a senator, and teaching the law of the US constitution? It has to be better that being four-times bankrupt."Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance" - Confucius0 -
Just another puppet, like all world leaders or potential leaders, actors, paid to fool the gullible.
Nothing will change, America will still murder its way round oil fields after oil fields.
Poor people will still be poor, money lenders will still shaft the working and all will carry on as before.
Move on, nothing to see.
Its all one big show.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
It seems there's a severe crisis in the GOP

It's an interesting piece but I do wonder whether it's wishful thinking at least in part.
Thanks for posting though.0 -
The photograph at the top of the article says it all. Do silent majorities indoctrinate their children to attend political rallies to hold banners promoting a "great America" they've never known?"Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance" - Confucius0

my argument was whether being a graduate was in itself, a qualification for precedent or PM.
teaching constitutional law doesn't seem to me a good preparation for government: I'm open to discussion whether being bankrupt in the USA is or isn't better.
on the whole it comes down to the person rather than their education.0 -

It isn't a qualification as such, but being poorly educated (e.g., Corbyn) ought to be a disqualification. That is to say, if you start a degree, you should do well it it if you're the calibre of person who wants to lead the country.
As for the four chapter 11 bankrupcy filings, perhaps Trump should stand for office in Greece.
Democracy isn't about electing the most qualified leader though. It's about finding the most popular."Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance" - Confucius0
