Dolly - thank you for starting us off again for February, my PP list may be a bit ambitious as is my 6 for Spring, but hopefully will concentrate the mind and prevent me from opening new products (my downfall:eek:)

    FEB 2016 PP list
30ml Aveda Pure Indulgence Style Prep
    12ml Leighton Denny Slick Tips
15ml Clarins Skin Beauty Repair Concentrate SOS treatment
30ml Super Facialist Rose facial oil
    200ml OPI Avojuice Grapefruit Jucie
    20ml Courant perfume
    200ml LRP Toleriane cleanser
    59ml Perricone MD nourishing moisturiser
30ml Perricone MD Chia serum –I will not realistically finish the 2 Perricone products in February, I have been using them when my skin was a bit stressed, but they need to be finished and not allowed to “go off”.

  • I would love to join this, I totally NEED to join this :(

I think I have been mistakenly worried that the shops might run out so need to store everything they sell in my home!

Most recent example is when superdrug reduced impulses from £1.99 to 97p I bought 21 of them.

I read the Marie Kondo book and was inspired to clear out a lot of products that were almost finished (and being ignored) but that made me realise how many products I had that were unused or part used.

I am a sucker for new products to the point that I currently have 5 different hand creams, 5 different body moisturisers/butters, 7 shower gels and 6 shampoos on the go at the same time!

I am determined not to buy any more stuff until everything else (of that genre) is finished. If I can manage that I should be able to spend hardly anything this month and hopefully for a few months yet.

hb21 - I use one lipstick at a time now until I finish it, I choose something that fits with the season, the makeup and clothes I am currently wearing. I use all other makeup except eyeshadow until it's finished - so one foundation, primer, eyebrow pencil etc on the go at a time. For eyeshadow I choose a palette, quad etc from my stash and use that for a full calendar month. This seems to be working well for me.

This sounds like a method that might work for me, thanks for sharing.

Might take a good few [STRIKE]months[/STRIKE], years though :rotfl:

  • Asset, I have a Phillips epilator, bought for me by my hubby who was concerned about how many times I cut my legs shaving!ally happy with mine and love the silky feeling that lasts longer than shaving - ][/URL]

i will have to dig out the epilator as i cut my self badly- i tend to bleed a lot from the smallest nicks- rotten poorly coagulating blood. i forgot that it may help. do modern epilators sound less like a tractor
  • Six before spring-- long term goals.
Nivea eye make up remover gone nasty stuff. End off.
Boo Boo bosom buddy- it works as a body lotion… a slight dent
Micellar water………… a few applications left
Eye brow pencil (about half left)……………. No difference
    All the foundation testers
one finished 4 to go (loving mac interesting did not like it that much in the shop, it is growing on me- hence testers work. Hated the bb creams- they are not moisturizing and I look terrible with them.)
That no seven eye shadow- using every day as a base but still using the naked pallet to jazz up the same shadow being used daily. Transforming it into many different looks.
So my night time routine is creamy cleanser, micelluar water, then oil and moisturizer or glycolic acid every few days to a week with no moisturizer or oil. Mask once a few if I remember.
Morning cleansers, oil, moisturizer and make up. I know I should use an spf but the formulations are rotten. So I guess what I am asking can I use up more product in routine and does anyone know of a decent spf that is nice to wear. (the bb with spf were a disaster, La roche posey colours are terrible)
