Vauxhall Corsa Mis-sell

I bought a brand new Vauxhall Corsa 5 door ENERGY (Special Edition) 1.4i 90PS EcoFlex A/C Hatchback 16 days ago from a Vauxhall garage in Cheltenham. The spec says it has Intellisense (Bluetooth hands free phone and audio system). However, I cannot get my 9 month old iPhone5c to work with it. It has been set up in my car both for my phone by both my son and then by the Vauxhall technicians. If someone makes a call the radio goes off and a message is displayed on the screen on the dashboard saying Accept or Refuse. When I accept the call I can't hear anything and the caller cannot hear me. I was asked to take the car in and they had it for a whole day. When I picked it up they said the car was fine, there was nothing wrong with the speakers or anything else and the system worked with some of their technicians phones (didn't say which ones). They said they would have to contact Vauxhall. They got back to me the next day and said Vauxhall had said my phone WAS compatible with the system and could I take it in again so a technician could may do some updates and get it working. I went in in my lunch hour and he spent 5 minutes trying to get it to work and said he'd have to phone Vauxhall again. The following day I was told that Vauxhall had this time said my phone was NOT compatible! I went in again and someone else looked at it but couldn't get it to work. I was then told that they would talk to one of the service technicians who had a good general knowledge of Intellisense (but who was off that day), and would be contacted the following day. That was over 2 days ago and I have heard nothing from them. I need to know my rights and and how to handle this situation. I feel I was mis-sold the car as no-one told me that Intellisense would be incompatible with some phones and I certainly would have thought it was compatible with an iPhone (assuming they are telling me the truth which is questionable as they said it was compatible at first). I'm worried that time is running out as I've had the car 16 days now and I feel they are just waiting until I go away or time runs out.

Did you specify that this feature was a reason you were buying the car and inform them of the model of phone you wished to use before you bought the car?0

Out Astra was the same, they had to replace some part of the Bluetooth system to get it to work. All under warranty as we found it not working when they did the walk around the car before we picked it up. There are updates they can try first.0

is the line break key on your keyboard broken as well?0

Clearly not fit for purpose. Immediately reject the vehicle and claim compensation. The stress alone should be worth a pretty penny.0

I phones don't do Bluetooth properly. It's well known.0

A two-minute google finds this phone compatibility list.

So, from firmware 7.0.3, your phone should be supported, with a minor known issue. What version of firmware is installed in your car?
Have you tried with a different phone? It may be that the problem is with your phone.
If it does prove incompatible, do you think it would be an easier and cheaper solution to reject the car, or to change your phone?0 -
I did tell them that I particularly wanted the feature but I didn't ask if my phone was compatible because I assumed that an iPhone would be. I would have expected them to tell me that the system was not compatible with all phones because to me not disclosing the fact is mis-selling. I really do feel duped.0

I doubt there's a single bluetooth hands-free on the market that's guaranteed to work with all phones.
Which will you have longer? The car or the phone?0
