You could learn a lot from my Mum
Did your mum teach you what a 'Hypocrite' was?0 -

Tell me about it. This morning I received a bill for £470 + VAT for 3 x 1/8 page advertisements. :wall:Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

We have the estate agents we deserve and they merely reflect the values of the people they work for. In the UK, people are losing their sense of integrity and fair play. That applies to house buyers, house sellers, landlords and tenants. Greed and selfishness is now the fashion.
There are still plenty of decent people (my landlord is one of them) but they are a shrinking band.0 -

Yes she did.
Can you explain the meaning of your comment? My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to say
Ignore......check!0 -
Sure, you certainly made me feel very welcome in my first few posts last week - I think you said a trained monkey could do my job amongst your other rantings? You can dish it out, but you have to be able to take it to? Non?0

I disagreed with what you wrote, I did not insult you personally, I fail to see how this makes me a hypocrite! My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. Erm, actually, you did. Or was it just a mass generalisation? A bit like tarring all EAs with the same 'LEAST TRUSTED' brush?
Be nice...............................................like momma used to say..............0 -

From the forum etiquette guidelines - see top right hand of page:
Pls be nice to all MoneySavers. There's no such thing as a stupid question, and even if you disagree courtesy helps.0 -

I get that. Forgive me but it does seem that you are being hypocritical by posting merely to suggest that Miss M should be able to 'take it'
You are being rude to her, Non?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
