  • Not enough info. You could do with lots more photos at least one of the master bedroom and bathroom if nothing else.

Plus (I know I am being really picky here!) get rid of the tea-towel or whatever it is in the kitchen, just move it for your next photo.

Measurements of the rooms would be good too.

    Goodluck

This one is £5k cheaper than yours and has lots of photo's and details on the listing.

It's a semi ours is detached, they were £9k cheaper when new.

Listing is much better, will see my agent tomorrow and tell them my listing to have new photos, floor plan and all rooms pictured, as that listing or they go on notice.

I agree both EA and Rightmove dont give enough info, I would like to know what floorplan and more pictures before I would view, even a 3d view would be nice.

If EA dont do that go to one that will, your the customer not them, my EA provided pictures of all rooms, floorplan and 3d pictures and sold within 2 days, they even had customers come before it was even marketed

Agent uploaded directly to Rightmove hence their details are the same limited info.

The Rightmove details are a bit minimal, no "full brochure" option, not enough pictures etc. The pictures themselves are poor, the exposure is wrong for the lighting levels and they consequently look too dark.
So, brighter bedroom and bathroom pictures, better lounge, kitchen and outside picture. More details on Rightmove website.
    Floorplan?
Does the place have a nice view out the back?

I have writer's block - I can't begin to tell you about it.
You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.

The photos are bland & a bit dull looking, is that frost on the grass? I suppose it's almost frost season again, but all summer it's been showing a winter picture.

No pics of the bedrooms. Awful kitchen shot, it almost couldn't be worse - doesn't show anything. Living room shot not much better, the camera seems to be metering off the window making the place look dull. Stand outside the patio doors & take a pic inwards to try to get the full room. Don't take pics with the blinds closed. Get a pic of the garden.

Get some room sizes & individual descriptions.

Yes it is frost! Photo was taken in Feb.

New photos is the order of the day.

The garden is not a selling point, so best left off.

Out back you can see a bit of the community centre (ex secondary school, we are built on old school field) and a very large old tree.

  • Cumbrian male,
please dont take offence to what I am about to say, but
In what condition would you say the rest of your house was?
I noticed with a lot of houses I viewed when searching that EA's didnt include photos if the place wasn't Magnolia Walls etc or if the fixtures were starting to look a bit dated

Have you done all the usual de-cluttering etc?...other than rightmove, what has the feedback been from people who have actually come round to view?....perhaps it isnt your house, but the area? or as someone else has pointed out, the price?...are there many other properties in the area of similar spec at a lower price?.

I would get a mate to 'mystery shop' your house, and find out how the EA is marketing your property, if at all

    whats wrong with the garden?

Get out there and tart it up- a decent garden shot for many is the reason
they either go and look at a place or they dont.

Completely agree about the lacklustre photos others have mentioned.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
