Anyone else struggling to get their Fitbit points updated? I did a total of 21,000 steps yesterday so should have got 60 points, but it only recorded 20 points from my early morning (7,000+ steps) walk and nothing for the rest of the day.

I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the app plus syncing it in Bounts but still nothing. Getting rather annoyed with it as my Health app only updates sporadically too, especially as I've now paid the extra for Premium+ membership
  • Mine have credited ok but my daughters and her friends havent updated for a day or two.

You would think they would sort this out. Not going to encourage people to upgrade or carry on for following years.

I setup all the syncing on their website, & set it up to sync directly with the GarminConnect site.

Try setting up your syncs using their website.

Second £5 voucher on its way. One more then I'm in profit.

Got to say, not a fan of this new MMF thing. It will no longer count if you lose mobile signal or you pause during the workout, which is pretty rubbish on a dog walk. I paused for a minute while my dog was surrounded by other dogs and the 20 minute walk didn't count. That's pretty poor as the pause was useful for dog walking and long change traffic lights.

Just upgraded to Premium+ for £3.75 so hopefully the extra incentive will motivate me to move more!
You just made me check my emails - thank you. Think I'll upgrade tonight.

Mine occasionally doesn't update until the next day since the recent update - it's hard to work out the logic because sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't, and sometimes it only gets "part" of my day's steps and catches up the next day.
I also had to completely disconnect and reconnect mapmyfitness as it stopped updating.

All my points have eventually shown up though.

(I was starting to get a little frantic as my previous Caffe Nero gift card has run out and I've nearly got enough points for a top-up. I've got used to getting this coffee for "free" and am now too tight to pay for it :o :rotfl:

Things are slowly updating but still missing points from 2-3 days ago.

But, more importantly, I received my first £5 garden voucher today (I need to test it before exchanging more) so has anyone else here successfully used one of these vouchers to pay for non-garden items?
  • I used to work in the restaurant of my nearest garden centre and yes you can spend the voucher on anything in the centre. We even had a few used in the restaurant as I used to have to put them through seperately when cashing up.

Would assume it is the same in all garden centres? Let us know how you get on.

Can I update to premium + when I already have premium. I had the email saying it was £3.75 but it won't go to the 'pay' page.

    Any ideas?
