Ah right, well I was out in the Lakes, and the reception wasn't the best tbh.
Just glad it's all set up and working now.0 -
Decided I definitely need to upgrade. Was not sure whether to just go for the Premium, but then I keep thinking that it's only another £5 more to go for the Premium Plus.
Hmmm decisions desisions!0 -
I'm rapidly losing faith as I'm losing at least 30pts daily because my apps are syncing periodically.
For example, today I've walked at least 3 times for more than 20 mins and I've also amassed 20k+ steps, yet I've just been allocated 20 Bounts.
ETA: I think I've accumulated enough pts to get a £10 garden voucher which will cover what I paid to join, but after that I'm not sure I can be bothered with it any longer. They never reply to your messages.0 -
I went for premium plus. I figured for £5 more you get double the points. I am almost halfway to my next supermarket voucher. A few weeks more and the app will have paid for itself.
Is anyone else having bounts sync problems? It's not registering MMF or Moves points for me tonight.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
It won't sync for me (with Fitbit) - it's not registering any points for the past few days.
It's a week now since I emailed them with my query (although it has very helpfully been answered already on here!), still no reply.
I was tempted to upgrade but don't see the point now, as if I have problems then it would turn out to be money wasted - the challenge wheel doesn't work at all for me!Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -
I've got a dozen friends who are waiting to sign up on the basis of my month's trial. And none are yet convinced enough it's worth the hassle.
C'mon Bounts, step up and show people it's worth signing up!0 -
Just upgraded to the Premium Plus. As it was only a fiver more, it made sense. Haven't had any issues with points going on so far (apart from user error the other day!), so hopefully the points should go up fairly fast now!0

In hindsight (and assuming all is working as it should be) I should have gone for the premium plus too. I'm trying to find out whether I can upgrade my upgrade as it were by just paying the extra £5 but no one is responding to my messages. I just get messages saying sorry we're too busy to respond etc.0 -
Hooray. My activities synced overnight so I have my hard earned points.
The double points between premium and plus makes it worth the extra £5 for me. I get 80-100 points most weekdays (20-60 at weekends) and occasionally 120 if I'm feeling bouncy, and if I manage to keep that level of activity up, I'll get a voucher every month or so, meaning the £15 will be repaid quickly. Assuming they are still going, as I'm pretty sure the number of people signing up recently may break them.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -

I wondered that at first, that if I upgraded to premium and then decided to upgrade to premium plus, could I pay the extra fiver? Then I thought, what the hell, I'll just pay the extra fiver and just start off with the highest one in the first place. Why I dithered was because there's some days that I don't do anywhere near 7000 steps. But overall, I think (hope!) it'll pay for it's self!
Hope they finally answer and you can pay the extra fiver.codemonkey wrote: »Hooray. My activities synced overnight so I have my hard earned points.

That was one of my worries about paying the extra, that they might not be able to cope with all the new subscribers and break under the pressure, and then I'd have paid out for nothing. I've read about a lot of people saying their emails are going unanswered, so it sounds they need to grow and evolve for it to be a success long run? Either that, or it's just a blip with the rush of new subscribers?
Although, I think a high percentage of those new users have just signed up and nothing more, as I've got about 3-4 people on my friends list who've used my referral code but not done their first activity.0
