    I think it wad down to the very small proportion of lines that could support speeds over 17meg. I think to be able to advertise a speed, a certain percentage of lines needs to be able to support that maximum quoted "up to" speed.

    Contention ratios? Is this problem all day, or mainly in evening peak times?

  • I had this only the other way round all i ever got with BT was about 7mb switched to TT and have got about 15/16 mb
