How many people have recieved the £100 incentive from the Halifax

I'm still jumping through Halifax hoops to try and get the £100 - I've been into a branch three times, they've asked my 'old' current account building society (it's an acocunt that only has expenses running through it) FIVE times for the information on SOs (no DDs), and Coventry have apparently not replied. I've now given Halifax a list which has been faxed to the switching team, as I'm aware that they have to do the switching (on Fri 28 Sep). I could quite easily set up the SOs online (it's Tue and Halifax still haven't done it)

The £100 to open the account was paid on 9 July so it's taking a very long time to get sorted.
