He's also chosen to ignore the fact in doing as he suggest he's telling her to admit to TWOC too. But then I don't expect he knows what that means. He simply wants the last word and is now trying to enforce the fact it's a parking board. Shame he's caused all this with his constant poor advice.

I doubt it, he hasn't accepted post is deemed to be served without a signature unless proved otherwise despite a link to the legislation.
