  • Yes can confirm they do offer retention deals both instore and over the phone.
  • They definitely do offer some half decent deals to keep you, just haggle over the phone.

    after dealing with o2 and the truly awful Vodafone.........I am now with TESCO which has great customer service that is a proper service

    Yes, I've managed retention deals for the past three years. Phoned and requested a PAC and was given said PAC but then transferred to another department.
    At present on a 250min/5000 texts/1GB data for the equivalent of £4.58/month £55 over twelve months = £4.58. They gave me a "free" month and some bonus data last October at my contract anniversary. SIM only.
