after dealing with o2 and the truly awful Vodafone.........I am now with TESCO which has great customer service that is a proper service

Yes, I've managed retention deals for the past three years. Phoned and requested a PAC and was given said PAC but then transferred to another department.
At present on a 250min/5000 texts/1GB data for the equivalent of £4.58/month £55 over twelve months = £4.58. They gave me a "free" month and some bonus data last October at my contract anniversary. SIM only.0
