Well two days without a sign but am very short sighted lol.
Old place is still empty so that makes sense of the LL doing all the stuff that needed to be done to the place.., he must be trying to sell again. Doubt its going to be as easy as he thinks.., but very glad I'm out of there. Still love the central heating working, can boil a kettle, the water tastes like water not a chemical factory, no mould, large bedrooms even if only two, not a single exploded light bulb and loads of space. And no mistral winds in any of the rooms (son's bedroom had an uncapped chimney so just a hole in the roof) lol. It turns out I find bare floors preferable to floors with warped cracked laminate on them!0 -
