Don't really know any other sporty models. Only mini cooper s which I don't really like.
Guess I have to forget about the zetec s then. That's another car crossed off my list!0 -

Not sure why you're so down on that Seat Ibiza I showed you earlier. Would be perfect! Maybe you just had bad luck with yours. I know three people in early to mid 20s that drive them, great little cars!
And buying a car with 100k on the clock is nothing these days if it's got FSH etc. I think maybe you're a little inexperienced when it comes to buying used cars.0 -

I replied earlier mentioning I have already owned a Seat Ibiza and HATED it. I need something nippy, I can't stand slow cars. And of course I don't know much about buying cars. I just expect them to work and not have any hidden problems, but it appears that they are so many scumbags out there.0 -
for your requirements I'd go for an Astra SportCoupe such as this one. Good looking cars in my opinion, and this one should be quick.

Although the one I linked was in Manchester and an example. I imagine there are hundreds of such a car around the country for sale so being near me is irrelevant.0 -

I've found that cars that are in odd places are always going to be better priced.:rotfl:
I live in the Essex area so would only consider options from there..:cool2:
I do appreciate people taking time to reply to my annoying threads.0 -
This is a 2002 Subaru Outback AWD 2.5 engine with 57,000 miles on the clock. Tax is £290.00 a year. I love driving it. I regularly get asked if I'd like to sell it; and been offered over £3500.00 without the number plate for the car. Number plate worth a good bit more. As I said it's all relative to what you wan't and what your prepared to spend on it.
Sorry, seems I'm not allowed to post photos or links..0 -

I mean, while everyone I knew was buzzing around in crappy BL stuff, I had a Cortina estate. It was a great car, 6p a mile on 4* but wasn't exactly a puller...[/QUOTE]
But when you did pull there was all that room in the back:j0
