No problem I wouldn't post this if it was a business but it is a fantastic charity who amongst other things provide free dance classes for kids from deprived areas, dance classes for people with Parkinsons and classes for dancers with special needs. This is the 15th anniversary of the festival but the first time online rather than live (due to Covid of course) Of special interest is the world premiere of Requiem for a Poet featuring Greig Matthews who is a local lad now a member of the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago and his dance piece aims to be a tribute to the many artists across the globe deprived of a means of expression in these difficult times. Also pieces from our performance groups including those with special needs (Step Forward)

And in true MSE fashion if you cannot afford a ticket there are 2 classes you can join for free with professional dancers

I’ve just got the hood to do now of the baby cardigan. I still have to limit myself as my arm gives me agro if I do too much - talk about old croc.....feel about 90🙄
I haven’t done a great deal over the last couple of days. Dh has been off and we’ve been out for a couple of car rides and short walks - 2,000 steps over a full day. But I’ve been absolutely done in afterwards and dozed on and off for the rest of the day. Plus I was tucked up in bed fast asleep before 9 last night. Wish I’d hurry up and get my get up and go back.
Building wise - the wall dividing the kitchen and bathroom area has been put in today.....which is great......except they still have the area between living room and dining area screened off to help keep the dust out of living room 😂😂 dust still gets everywhere. This means to get a drink or anything from the kitchen we need to go out of the front door around the side of the house and back in through the back door 😂😂😂 Hopefully this won’t be for long.
So for tea we visited W sp00ns again. Easier than carrying food around outside in the cold and dark.
Dh has ideas of putting the old units back in until we decide which kitchen units we want.....I can assure you this won’t be for long 😳😳 I think they’re plastering next week so we shall be visiting some kitchen showrooms soon. Has anyone used Howdens kitchen units - if so are they any good?
I know what I want on the floor - a laminate I have in the hall....but it was quite expensive so will have to see how much it costs for the kitchen....which is a much bigger room than my tiny hall.......if too expensive I’ll have to find something cheaper.
    My positive thoughts
    - my scar is healing quite nicely at last and I’ve been put on a weekly nurse visit....hopefully they’ll sign me off next week 😄👍🤞
    - the district nurse brought my flu jab today save trying to book and visit GP for it 😄
    - it’s much more comfortable when travelling in the car....I can now go over a gentle bump without have to hold my tummy cos it hurts 😄👍

Highly recommend Howden’s  and so will @Seasidegal58. Just don’t have their own brand oven, burns everything.

This is a small part of my Howden’s kitchen. Was put in 3 years ago. Very happy with it.
