..You'd need to take them to court and have the judge side with you, but Wizz are Hungarian I believe which probably puts them out of reach.

What about the European Small claims procedure?

Absolutely no idea. I'm really no expert on it, but sounds like an approach.

This is a risk in booking your flights and accommodation separately. Its cheaper, but means you take on the risk of things not overlapping right and having to make adjustments (and perhaps incur costs) to correct bookings around it. Same applies to booking connecting flights, do them via different operators and you're at risk of the first flight being delayed and you missing the second flight. Holiday insurance may help in that scenario.

Recently Wizzair changed both the times and dates for flights I'd booked several months ago. The upshot is, getting in at 1am, rather than dinner time, and returning the day before originally scheduled.

So I've been offered a refund, which I've requested (and then received a further two notifications from Wizzair amending the time/date) over the course of the week. Same e-mail, just sent again.

So, my perhaps theoretical question is, if I wanted to change, I would have to pay, if they want to change, surely they should have to pay the same admin charges?

(for info Wizzair do offer a 120% refund voucher, which seemed relatively reasonable)

You can charge what you want here and make an invoice up for 50 million pounds should you so desire, The chances however of it being paid to you are around 1 in several thousand billion.
