I posted this petition on a hobby forum I use and was surprised at the lack luster response to it. The majority thought there was no point as the PCN's could be safely ignored.
OH DEAR. You must put these people right, its those who ignore that are being taken to court not for £60 BUT £200 PLUS.
Ignorance is bliss until your bank balance drops
Send them here, warn them, some might need to be wearing nappies0 -

excellent news
also looks like Michael Green and Challenge the fine are getting themselves going next month too (new email came in today)Next month, the DVLA lawsuit begins
Next month, we're announcing our court case against the DVLA for selling on millions of drivers' personal data to private parking firms.
We've produced a short video that exposes the impact the DVLA's data selling bonanza is having on people just trying to do the right thing. This comes out next month, alongside the launch of our funding page.
We will need to raise enough money to cover the costs of the legal case. We are using a Top 50 Law Firm, as well as one of the country's leading barristers: we're properly going for it. When our funding page launches, I would love for you to donate and share it on. Cause the DVLA misery for what they have done!
We will need all of your help to get as much exposure as possible.
If you want to see your least favourite government department squirming in court, and finally held to account, keep an eye out for launch by liking our Facebook pages for CaseHub and ChallengeTheFine!
The video and lawsuit will also be announced on our new mailing list, Next month, it all happens.0 -

Yes, I got that email, a lot here are not happy with Mr Green, I think I am but he will need to provide a lot of information as to the funding, cannot be for example "paypal"

I have been running a facebook promotion of the petition for the last week. This has now finished and reached 40,000 people. Interestingly by far the greatest response (over 1/3) has been from pensioners. Perhaps this is the category of public most affected by outrageous charges, and of course £100 is almost a week's pension.
Anyway, if the voting slows down a quick whip round near the time should be enough to get the petition in front of the people who are most likely to support the petition.Hi, we’ve approved your signature. It's awesome. Please email the forum team if you want more praise - MSE ForumTeam0 -
