May has been a good month...managed to stay within budget for spending.

Also, received a good bonus, so this month have been able to OP £2500...which is about 50% more than the budgeted OP...so well pleased with that

So to update progress on June.

It has been a busy month and there have been some unexpected expenses. So, managed to OP a little less than we had budgeted.

However, even with the slightly reduced OP, we were able to push the mortgage to under £90K...so that's really great news

Hope everyone is managing to make good progress.
