    What we're going to do next? Need to upgrade the car and then the house needs updating as well...esp bathroom and kitchen.

    We'll try to do more fun stuff with the kids... and also some of the jobs that had been put on hold.

    Can I just ask from someone who has been through it and come out the other end....is there anything you put on hold or didn't do while OPing that you regret. I have 2 young boys (4 and 1.5) and just trying to find the right balance.

    Congratulations DK, wonderful achievement! Some great tips there and thanks for coming back with a detailed update. It's very inspiring to see someone with a similar opening balance do so well. Some good points about keeping a bit of balance and keeping family holidays in the budget.
