It's an image SJ, take a screenshot of your spreadsheet, crop, upload somewhere, and link to it here.

two years since my last update...how time flies!
Apologies, have not been good at updating this...have just let things tick over.Firstly, I am very fortunate that I am still able to work with the pandemic etc, which I am really grateful for.In my last update the mrtg balance was £52k...so have been chipping away, and also used money I had in some shares and also the money that was saved for a car was thrown at the mortgage...so the balance currently stands at....£4kVery excited now...all being well...when I get paid this month, along with some savings, we should be able to pay off the balanceIt has been a journey to get this point and I can't wait to post on the mfw roll of honour! Thanks for everyone's support over the years, and wish everyone well on their own journey.d^k

A couple of graphs to illustrate the MF journey...NOTE: Interest for the first 3 years was fixed at £900/month... when the fix ended I dropped onto a variable rate, and interest rates had dropped, so my new monthly interest was £350.I always ensured that I overpaid the difference to my original £900 monthly payment. E.g. when my monthly interest was £350, I overpaid £550.Over time the overpayments increased as my monthly interest amount came down.4

Thats amazing. Thanks for posting the advice. Going to have a bit of a read through your diary as it looks like I'm at the start of hopefully a similar journey.
What are you going to do now?2
