You told me you were struggling with motivation! You seem to be doing pretty well today!
Lots of house stuff, a NSD, a hair mask, burning oils... you're doing great
This afternoon
I have done my eyebrows. Doing my eyebrows forces me to look at my face. My skin is terrible. I need a professional skin treatment!
I threw away some chilli sauce after noticing it was 20% sugar!!!
I threw away some oatcakes as they are causing me to overeat. I don’t like wasting food but it is against my best interests to keep them
Another 3 lots of washing up! (This is because I keep eating, drinking and cooking)
I have been offered some more teaching :T I can't do it, I would have to design a course and I would only get a few paid hours out of it . Never mind, I love that new opportunities are presenting themselves:)
I forced myself into action today. I have not done brilliantly, but I have done okay. More than okay. I hope you have too

Hi DIA
It's been a while since I checked in but you are still doing so well. I had to laugh at the loft incident, is there still any noise from there? I could just imagine you opening the loft hatch only slightly.
Something you recently posted really hit home with me about having a 'lazy' day. I've been so busy lately getting everything sorted and decided last Sunday just to have a lazy day. I felt awful, really run down and tired. Usually now I get up and do the ironing and then that gets me going for the rest of the day.
I do hope you stay around when you are DF, just turn your diary into a savings diary.
Take care.

I'm looking forward to your updates on your diary. The loft area is quiet but I am still scared. Have they killed each other? Are there squirrel pelts and flies in the loft now. The horrors continue

Yesterday I had 2 medical appointments today at my new GP surgery. The appointments went well. The new GP is lovely. She is thorough and showed me a graph of the results of my blood tests over the past 7 years and can explain some of the health problems I have been experiencing. She has a plan. She treated me like an intelligent human being and explained her concerns and what we could do.
I whinged and avoided going to my GP for years as the surgery was so awful. I began to think my expectations were too high. They weren’t.
I left it too long. If you are unhappy with your GP find another one.
I spent a bit today, some tea, ground linseeds, same crackers, a top for work, dark chocolate, wine, veggies and some apples
Packing food and water for the day

I sort of knew (but anything can happen so I never took it for granted) that I would get to this stage but now I have.
My debt is now £9,600
A single number to start feels so much more manageable somehow.
A new GP and a single digit debt.
Life is looking up

I've been more social than usual and social costs
So, £7.50 on wine last night as I went to a bar after work.
A day off work for me so I could attend the Chelsea Flower ShowThe ticket was purchased by a friend last year so not a crazy price, but expensive for me given my debt status. Still, life has to be enjoyed whilst becoming debt free
I did not eat or drink all day because the food and drink costs so much. I just had a 2L bottle of water. Maybe there will be a year when I can sit drinking champagne in the F&M bar
It has been on my 'To Do' list for years so it was nice to finally go. It was very full on. My favourite was a deceptively chaotic garden with a rusty potting shed by Sarah Raven
I got a rusted Robin on a pole that goes in the ground made from recycled materials. It is nicer than it sounds and for under £10 I can cross off one on my Christmas presents.
To make up for my spending i went to Lidl on the way home and got £35 worth of stuff and used my voucher so it cost me £30.52. I had planned a taxi with the saving but I lugged the stuff instead. I will carry home the other half when I use my other voucher tomorrow. I added up in my head as I shopped so felt chuffed as I was about 30p out. Not bad
Over the next few days I need to check my finances, budget and produce a menu plan
There's so much I need to do in June so time to get serious
