The energy in my home is so stagnant.:( I should have cleaned today and flung open windows and burnt grapefruit oil but I did not and I regret it
I have been clearing out my email box. I have deleted thousands of emails. I am going to close down my email and get something new and more secure.
I wish I had done some decluttering in the home. That would help keep the energy flowing. I always feel better after a good declutter.
My lack of pizzaz today is the start of a low mood and I will have to fight to keep it from taking me captive. This diary is helpful as I see it creeping up with each post.
I do better if I can get up early and get going. I thought having a ‘do nothing’ Sunday was a good thing, now I wonder if a more structured Sunday is the way forward?
It is hard to be up when the house is so shabby and I reflect the house in my shabbiness I’m afraid. The sooner I get my kit sorted and join my gym the better
I have 2 appointments coming up this week with the GP, one with the weight clinic so I am trying to get a grip

Today I was in danger of going the same way at yesterday so at 2pm I forced myself to wash my hair, get clean and get out of the house. I wore a nice dress and tried to pretend I was a normal part of the human race
I returned the yellow shoes I was so smitten with last month and a top I didn’t like when I tried it on. So, £82 back in my account. I have going out shoes so despite loving them, I don’t need them.
I spent £16.85 mainly on shampoo, soap and a mini bottle of wine for a treat. I also discovered 100% buckwheat penne so that will feature in menu plans nowI am reusing the cute little wine bottle for salad dressing
I spent £13 on a frying pan (half price) stainless steel and will go in the oven when I get an ovenI won’t get the soup pot now it will have to wait.
I spent £1.95 on a cup of tea in MnS and £3.25 on reduced fruits and veggies
I spent £3 on fares
A total of £39.00 spent but all the purchases I am happy with so I am fine with that
I felt like soup despite the heat… lentil and veggie and ruby chard from a friend’s mum’s allotment and very nice too
The sunshine helped as did the shopping to be honest. Anyway, it’s a reminder, when my mood drops get outside, get moving. It really helps.

Today is NSD. I forget to count them sometimes but I’m going to start again inspired by JoJo who is having a NSD day too
I made beet burgers using a Jack Monroe recipe except I used mixed organic beans (on offer) and used coconut flour (I don’t tolerate wheat) to bind. As coconut flour is dry and absorbs moisture it worked well so they hold and are not mushy. I added coriander from the freezer as I buy herbs cheap and then freeze them. A cheap vegan meal and they look fabulous. I must make them as part of my weekly food plan in future
I boiled 4 eggs to keep in the fridge. They are good for salads and look so pretty next to the beet burgers
Washing-up X1 X1
Washing done and on the line X1 X1
Cleaned hob and chopping boards
I decluttered my old frying pan. Nothing wrong with it, just cheap. The new one is quality and I don’t need both. Hoping someone else can make use of it. I don’t need to keep a back up I trust I will be in a position to get another if needs be and this one has a 10 year guarantee
Today I plan to pluck my eyebrows as I was going to thread them yesterday for £5 and then thought ‘no, I can do them myself’
I have a hair treatment on whilst I work today.
I booked a course today to shake things up at work and learn a new skill
I am burning eucalyptus oil today as I feel a little heady.
