Renewed both mine and my OH's passports together using the cajef check and send service, posted last Thursday the 15th received a text this morning new passports on the way.

Downloaded the application forms and found nothing difficult about it using the simple to follow instructions, plus saved the £19.50 PO fee for both of us minus the £6.45 special delivery by doing them ourselves.
