get the powerline adapters that have wifi and ethernet, gives a great connection room to room :)

You're absolutely right and we have already done this. It works well and I'd recommend it to anyone in a similar situation.

Have you managed to claim the money back? Have you informed Action Fraud about this? I am in the same position here. Sadly have not seen this post before ordering that booster. Now my bank is asking me why I cannot return the item back while I am trying to explain that I cannot as there are no return address. Did you manage to return the parcel back to them? If yes, how?
  • UPDATE:

I have today received a refund via my credit card company, hurrah!
A few weeks ago my credit card company (Nationwide) asked me to send all copies of all emails, letters etc. that I had sent to o2signalboosters, which I did - including the invoice showing the original price and the higher amount actually taken from my credit card.

As I'd not heard from Nationwide I called them this morning to see how my case was progressing, to find that they had resolved the "disputed payment" and had credited my account with the full amount. They have already sent me a letter, presumably explaining the situation, which I am waiting to be delivered. If there's anything of use in the letter to anyone else who has been affected I'll update this post.

    My advice: AVOID O2SIGNALBOOSTERS!

(I must add that Nationwide were great at dealing with this request - no hassle, straightforward requests for information which I was able to provide, not suspicious of my claim etc. V good service.)
