Hi i am. New to this and have read the newbie post thread. However i am still. Confused. I have ignored the PCN and havent appealed and now have debt collectors hit me with 160.00 to pay. I understand that i should ignore them however can i still appeal to parking eye regarding the notice now it has got to this stage with debt collectors. Or do i wait now to see of they issue county court?0

Having read the NEWBIE sticky you should be in possession of all your need to start defending this PCN, however, if you still need to ask a question you should start your own thread (discussion) rather then piggybacking on a thread from 2016.1
