    Why have you posted on this ancient thread when you already have your own thread going?

    No, in your thread you were told to go to the NEWBIES thread, and given a link to find it.
    Alternatively you can use the grey Forum Jump "GO" button near the top or bottom right of this page which will take you to the main Parking Forum page. The NEWBIES is stuck near the top of it.

    In some alleged offences, own space, double dipping, fluttering ticket, it is often irrelevant who was driving.
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    It says on the back of the Northern Parking Services (NPS) Parking Charge Notice (BPA approved): Appeals can be submitted online via our website: I copied the MSE’s forum template but website didn’t open but came up with Error 400.
