It says on the back of the Northern Parking Services (NPS) Parking Charge Notice (BPA approved): Appeals can be submitted online via our website: I copied the MSE’s forum template but website didn’t open but came up with Error 400.
And .............?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

What is often recommended is that you still refuse to name the driver, but appeal as the Keeper. That is your other half was temporarily the Keeper of the car (not the Registered Keeper - POFA is clear it is not the Registered Keeper, but the Keeper who can be held responsible). That way, he gets all the junk mail, but they still need to conform to POFA in order to pursue him.
Does this mean that if I get a PrivateCN, and I am NOT the registered keeper of the vehicle at all, and the only way to connect me to the vehicle is to see who is insured to drive it, and say my wife/husband is the registered keeper of the vehicle, they would NOT be liable, because they are the registered keeper?0 -

No, it doesn't mean that.0 -
hi, I used the link to NPS ( from Coupon - mad post above) and it shows me a message : " Sorry, we cannot find this ticket - please check the details you have provided are correct " - What it means? Details are correct0

I read your website P's and C's and Newbies and it is stated to read others threads and comments before putting your own with similar problem. I couldn't quote Cupon-mad post because I am fresh hereand maybe that's why you said it to me.
I will start new thread only if I will make sure that i cannot find the answers.
Thank you0 -

You have just demonstrated that that is possible by quoting Quentin's post.0 -
Hi, I just called up Napier Parking to question them about my charge notice and in the phonecall gave the FCN number and stupidly admitted I left the carpark (Jengers Mead) and that I was the driver not my husband the registered keeper. Then came across this forum! Is it likely they will have logged what I said and now I can't appeal?0
-
Yes they will have logged it and there is NO APPEAL anyway, worth trying.
However, rather than ignore it, the NEWBIES THREAD gives the keeper a generic appeal to send. See my signature.
You need to stop reading old 2018 threads and search the forum for Napier to read more current ones where people have beaten them in court (yes, court - it is an empowering experience!).
