New Shadow - they do a 2 tier version which is a bit cheaper - they do fold flat, and as for your cats, we have 4 cats and have never had an issue.

I am liking the look of the hangaway. I'd probably risk the 2 tier one - reviews say it's a little less sturdy, but Lakeland are great at returns so it's probably worth the risk. That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

Not sure about condensation as I have a cover and it's in a large room
The daughters and me all have to 3 tier one, it does seems a rather large airer but it does hold a reasonable amount of clothes so 2 washes can be put on to it
It also can be used on 1 side if you have a small amount of washing - you just don't pull out one of the legs, this also means it can be pushed up against a wall while on so less space is needed“You’re only here for a short visit.

A friend has pointed put I'm being stupid.
I'm avoiding buying the thing that's been most recommended because it's expensive - which isn't necessarily the best economy.
Given Lakeland are awesome with returns, and given the number of recommendations on here, I'm going to go with the heated airer.
This means my vouchers break down to:
Heated airer - http://www.lakeland.co.uk/24909/Dry%3ASoon-Deluxe-3-Tier-Heated-Airer
Heated airer cover - http://www.lakeland.co.uk/24671/Dry%3ASoon-3-Tier-Heated-Airer-Cover (some reviews suggest it's a bit pants without this)
Stove top coffee maker - http://www.lakeland.co.uk/13358/Lagostina-Stove-Top-Espresso-Maker (for mum)
And I'll pay the odd to leave me a round £25 in vouchers for my friends housewarming.
If the airer and I don't get on during the first 28 days, I'll swap it for a hangaway and a heated blanket (http://www.lakeland.co.uk/24507/Heated-Sofa-Snuggler or http://www.lakeland.co.uk/24825/Super-Soft-Cosy-Knit-Throw and http://www.lakeland.co.uk/24675/2-Tier-HangAway)
I've got an email from customer service saying if we don't get on I can return the airer and cover within a month for a credit note. That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

My son is on his own in a flat, and like you, only does two/three washloads a week. He didn't have a tumble dryer at all, and it used to take ages to dry things. But he uses the dryer regularly.Sealed Pot Challenge no 035.

I've enjoyed reading this thread as I love Lakeland. I think you have made a good choice... I think I need one now ha ha!
But your last paragraph is wrong surely? You can return the item at any time if you are not satisfied, you don't have to return within a month? I tend to buy as much as possible from Lakeland as the guarentee is so good.0 -

Possibly my fault - I asked if I could return it within a month, and they said that would be no problem.
PS - I'll let you know how we get onThat sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

No more burnt fingers getting crumpets, burger buns and potato cakes out of the toaster.
I have these, they are brilliant.
I also have the heated airer it is on constantly during the winter months.
