Again, you seem obsessed by what colour and religion people are, particularly if they are immigrants. I don't care what colour or religion people are, and have hired many non-white and non-Christian people from the EU, so your argument says bad things about you and absolutely nothing else.
BTW, I'm currently trying to arrange hiring a very bright Pakistani guy into an office in the US. They completely control their own immigration, but it's subject to political meddling, so as a result it's a total nightmare. They use a points system but it's turned into pretty much a lottery.that doesn't benefit anyone.
The inevitable outcome is that large amounts of skilled work gets off-shored to India or Eastern Europe, and anything unskilled to Mexico or Indonesia/etc. Of course, unskilled Americans blame immigrants for their problems.
Oh, and at the same time, I'm doing a T2 Visa for another guy from Pakistan into the UK, and while it's slow, expensive and complicated, it's nothing like as bad as the US.
If that's our future, then Berlin looks rather tempting, don't you think?
I believe and voted so we could treat all people, from all over the world, equally and I agree that we may miss out on very talented people who don't come for white christian european states
you, however, voted to discriminate against all the people of the world, except people from white christian european states.0 -

Rubbish.
You've repeatedly posted you voted out because you want less immigration.
Fewer people from anywhere arriving here.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

Meanwhile, in the real world:
Brexit sees number of City jobs available in London financial sector drop 27%

Helps if you read the article rather than just the headline. On a year-on-year basis, job vacancies fell by 27 per cent.

I indeed do want to control immigration (like 100% of the countries of the world) but unlike many of the remain voters, I do NOT want to discrimination between white christian europeans and (e.g.) black africans or asians or people from Turkey.
I want less immigration because it will be better for the people of the UK; you want more immigration for equally selfish reason and NOTHING else.
Whats your choice : equal treatment for all or special treatment of white christian europeans?0 -

I particularly like this bit.
Very positive. In this post Brexit world it's good to see the financial industry now getting on with World it will be soon.
I only hope that this positive message turns out to work. It sounds good particularly the recruitment issue. Of course there will be the transition period where EU nationals might not move to the UK and the large pool of talent available elsewhere will not get visas/points to be recruited.
Finally, I don't like any road leading to more de-regulation in Banking. It might be good for business but who's business? Who does de-regulation benefit?
Maybe I am too European and like most of the EU we like regulation in the Financial Industry. There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.0 -

Poor Thrugelmir. A lifetime in finance and still hasn't got a clue. :rotfl:Morgan McKinley's London Employment Monitor for July found available jobs had decreased by 12 per cent compared to the previous month.
On a year-on-year basis, job vacancies fell by 27 per cent.Don't blame me, I voted Remain.0 -

Any negative data will be greeted by the brexiteers with:
- "the powers that be (TPTB) are fiddling the figures!"
- "it's them remainers' fault for talking down the economy!"
- "nothing to do with brexit, it would have happened anyway!"
...or all of the above. :jDon't blame me, I voted Remain.0 -

Changes in the number of job vacancies may or may not reflect actual number people the UK can employ. If I hand in my notice tomorrow, my job will need to be advertised. My resignation has not created a new post though.

The reason it's so positive is because the author is "Research Executive for the cross-party, grassroots, Eurosceptic campaign Get Britain Out".0
