Hate living on my own - time to sell?

Sometimes I would give my right arm to live alone for a year or so.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
In your shoes -this is what I did.........
I got a lodger -but I was sneaky -I got a nurse - who worked shifts-and also did agency work on her days off. We actually got on really well and did socialize sometimes but because we worked different hours we weren't there at the same time an awful lot .
She was in her thirties so had a mature attitude to life, and we were both respectful of each other's space. Sharing with a stranger is often better as sometimes mates are more prone to take liberties and if it doesn't work out asking a lodger to leave rather than a mate is easier.
I also got a bar job a couple of nights a week.
Think about it -You'd have an income each month both from rent and also extra wages and you'd be broadening your social life in a way moving home simply wouldn't do.
Set a time limit in your head of a year- and SAVE that extra income.
At the end of the year you'll have not only a better social life but also a decent savings pot and can then decide if you like how things are and continue, OR use those savings -rent out your flat and go travelling, go to university , use the money for some other training - suddenly you have options rather than - stay where you are - or sell up and move home.
A lot can happen in a year .
(Help to buy also usually means if you sell up in the early years you end up in a negative situation financially so that is something to look into- it may not be a viable option)I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
