I received (and ignored) emails for each of the products I ordered. My flat mate ordered some too, just a few minutes after me, and she has not received any emails.0

Every one of their products said free delivery when I ordered. They can't change their minds and now want delivery charges.I love a bargain. Now mortgage and debt free. hurray!!:smileyhea0

We recently joined the AMZ TRACKER service and signed up to offer UK customers the chance to try out our products for free in return for an honest unbiased review via AMZREVIEWS. CO. UK. We were advised, via the service, to create discount coupons for each one of our products and then to offer all our products up for review and then send the discount code to customers who agreed to offer a review.

However when we logged in today 11th of Jan2016 to check the performance of our SkinPep Amazon Store Front for a normal weekend of trade we noticed an unusual high number of sales that was 100 times higher than normal, then when we checked all the orders we realised that 99% of the orders had a zero order cost and that the promotional discount code had already been activated and applied. It seems that a technical error has occurred by amazon UK and they have accidently activated the discount coupon on the order pages of all our products, despite the fact that the code was never ever supposed to be displayed. We have been instructed to send this message to everyone:

We do not intended to charge your amazon payment card without your consent so please make a request to cancel the order/s you have placed on the 10th of January. SkinPep products are not fulfilled by amazon, we pay royal mail top ship the products with tracked 1-2 days shipping therefore the order/s that you placed on the 10th of January cannot be shipped until they have been paid for. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR THIS/THESE ORDER/S AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL IT/THEM PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
1) You can request for a cancellation by clicking the 'request cancellation' button.
2) We will cancel your order & this will not affect your buyer rating or have any negative impact on your amazon purchasing history.

I have not received the email asking me to cancel.I ordered item skin pep revitalising cleansing foam 150ml and was charged 50p so as it is not technically a freebie I would expect them to honour this.
On my order history it states arriving 12 -14 January but order status is still at preparing for dispatch.Sealed pot challenge member 4370 -

Although they say they will not charge Amazon card they also state they will not ship until order is paid for.
