They also said if there's been a mistake the seller can cancel the order. Which is what we all thought was reasonable in the first place not this 'we will now charge your card' after the fact BS! Clearly the seller is completely inexperienced, doesn't understand how selling on Amazon works or that you can't charge customers after orders are completed......0

It is their fault that they have s****** up their Amazon ordering process.
Please remember the free pink tablet, which Tagatose advised of several months ago. The tablet company sent an em to everyone requesting that people cancel the order. Those that didn't still received the tablet free of charge. I suggest this is another bluff.
Amazon have just confirmed what I said in my earlier post above.
The seller is bluffing and I will just ignore any cancellation em that I receive.0 -
What do you think the chances are of us all recieving our items? Not sure whether of not to reply saying that i expect them to forefill their requirements as a seller. I believe that the emails were sent because they don't want to recieve negative feeback on all of their items. Hmm not sure, thoughts?LJamesP

I ordered one item and received the email, however as I don't have a credit/debit card registered with Amazon on that account I'm not sure how they are going to charge it! Will just wait to see what happens...0

My email says they will not ship if you don't pay so we will be probably be waiting forever.0

I have also had several emails asking me to request cancelation.
For safety reasons I have removed my card details from my account until this problem is sorted. Will await further info.
Thanks all for advice provided0 -
I haven't had any emails from them yet...but it's impossible for them to charge the card, amazon are the only ones with our card details not the seller, and as far as amazon are concerned the balance owed is £0.
I sell old stuff on amazon every now and managed to lose something once - it was perfectly possible for me to cancel the order myself. Have a feeling they'd get a black mark on their account if they cancelled the volume they'd need to though, which is why they're asking us to do it for them.0 -
I won't cancel my order. They cannot collect money from us and if they wanna get bad feedback because of their fault then they will get. It's their business to have happy customers and have good sales . Let see what future brings£2016 in 2016 - £1734.59
