Suggest people don't cancel and see what happens. There is no way they can prove that you have read this em or any other email. If they have put a read receipt request on em, just make sure you don't generate a read receipt. Just say you have been away and have not read your ems. If they want people to cancel, the should post them a letter or get Amazon to cancel the order on mass (Not sure if Amazon can do this).
If they do charge you, just contact the company to be refunded.
I do think this is a bluff like the pink tablet and I intend to ignore the cancellation em when I get it.0 -

Should this be raised with Amazon? Surely, they can't charge my card because they made a mistake? The codes were genuine and it all went through. It seems that it is a their error and they should raise it with Amazon and cancel the order rather than trying to bully people and get them to cancel.
Is it the case that if they cancelled, this would put them at odds with Amazon?0 -
Asked Amazon help on Twitter and they said verbatim 'The seller cannot charge you any more after the order has been placed' so it seems they can't do what they're basically threatening to do.0
